RSA DAY 2026

Date: April 8, 2025
Time: 9:30am – 3pm
Location: Spoon River College Outreach Center in Macomb.

Join us for a keynote on accessibility and choose from 14 engaging sessions covering book clubs, local history, serving the unserved, AI, senior programming, IMRF, art galleries, roundtables, and more. RSA staff will host sessions on cataloging, reports, and standards, and representatives from RAILS, RAILS Delivery and SirsiDynix will be on site.

Background:

This year’s RSA Day is being specifically catered to front line staff, those employees who work at service points and public facing positions.

Free lunch provided for the first 200 registered attendees!

Come enjoy a great day of learning and networking with area colleagues.

This program is supported by the RAILS Continuing Education Grant.

RSA Day Planning Committee

Purpose

This group shall organize and run one or more annual RSA Day type events in conjunction with RSA Staff. This committee operates independently with suggestions and recommendations of the RSA Executive Director, RSA Board of Directors, and RSA member libraries.

Membership in this committee is open to all RSA libraries. There are no appointed members. All libraries are encouraged to send representatives to all meetings to help plan and provide effective RSA Day type events.
