This policy discusses the standard cumulative fine block limit, when fines may be kept by the receiving RSA library, and how to treat payments for lost items. This revision to the Fine Block Limits policy was approved on May 9, 2024.

Notifications and Billing for Transited RSA Member Library Items Policy
The policy regarding which library issues overdue notices and bills for in-transit items, as well as the procedures to follow when the item is never returned. This policy was approved by the RSA NFP Users Group via online vote on November 22, 2019.

Adding a Bill and Bill Note Before Removing a Lost Item from the RSA Database
Instructions on how to use the bill reason LOST-NO-ID to create a bill for a lost item that includes the title and item ID. Once the bill is created, the item can be discharged and deleted from WorkFlows. April 2024.
