Documentation
We included everything you need to know to be a responsible RSA member within the RSA Handbooks and pages sorted By Topic. Find them in the top menu of any part of the website. To see every document at a glance, use the Documentation Index, located under Handbooks.
Videos
Video tutorials are available on RSA’s YouTube page. Find it at the top right of every page and in the site’s footer at the bottom of every page.
Video links have been added next to guides and cheat sheets and will direct you to the relevant YouTube video.
Training
RSA offers regular training for members. Please find these opportunities on Library Learning (L2) and see what kind of ongoing training sessions are available at the top menu under Events > Training.

Email Updates
If you haven’t signed up for email updates yet, please sign up to get our Listserv emails. These updates will alert you to system outages, training opportunities, and other RSA developments.
Help Desk
You can email to get in contact directly with RSA staff. Or, hover over Get in Touch on the main menu to start a new Report Request, or open a new Help Desk Ticket (opens new tab) on any issue you’re having.

Engage
Site Visits
If you are new or in need a refresher on any RSA topic, a site visit is a great way to meet with our staff. Sign up for a virtual site visit under Get in Touch in the top menu of the site.
Discuss
Various networking forums and email lists can help you connect and chat with other member libraries. For more info about these, see the Events tab in the menu. Sign up for emails to hear about events (opens new tab) and plan your schedule around them.
Meetings
Also on the Events tab, you can access upcoming meetings of key RSA groups. Find out how these governance groups function within RSA, find more info under About > Governance Groups.
