Video tutorials are available on RSA’s YouTube page. Find it at the top right of every page and in the site’s footer at the bottom of every page.
Training
RSA offers regular training for members. Please find these opportunities on Library Learning (L2) and see what kind of ongoing training sessions are available at the top menu under Events > Training.

Email Updates
If you haven’t signed up for email updates yet, please do so by clicking on System Status in the top right of the menu. These updates will alert you to system outages, training opportunities, and other RSA developments.

You can email to get a ticket directly to us. Alternatively, hover over Get in Touch on the main menu to start a new Report Request, or a new Help Desk Ticket on any issue you’re having.

If you are new or in need a refresher on any RSA topic, a site visit is a great way to meet with our staff. Sign up for a virtual site visit under Get in Touch in the top menu of the site.

Various networking groups and email lists can help you connect and chat with other member libraries. For more info about these, see the Events tab in the menu. Sign up for emails in the center section below this tour, or from any page’s footer.
