The Difference between RSA and RAILS

RSA is a distinct and separate organization from RAILS. RAILS and RSA Differences

RAILS is the entity that handles delivery. RSA receives all kinds of support from RAILS, our staff members internal HR and IT infrastructure is supported by RAILS. We even currently still share a building with RAILS at the East Peoria logistics hub.

RSA Provided Gmail Addresses

If you need to find an individual library’s Gmail address, look in the far right column on the RSA Membership List located on the RSA Membership List page.  Remember to add @gmail.com to that address.

Please remember, these are the accounts where all your Symphony system notifications and reports will be sent to.  You’ll need to check this email at least daily for picklists, notifications and more.  We also send copies of all RSA listserv traffic to this account so ensure you have an archive of these emails.

These are RSA controlled and owned email accounts.  Please don’t change the password without informing RSA staff so we can note the new one in our records.  We occasionally log into this account during troubleshooting procedures or to answer questions you may have asked us that require us to see what reports you received.
