WorkFlows Configuration Window IP Address
When WorkFlows is launched, the initial Configuration screen has a box in the Host Information section labeled IP Address:. Please enter workflows.librariesofrsa.org This is RSA’s new connection point ‘IP Address’ for WorkFlows.

RSA WorkFlows Upgrade Instructions – Updated for the 15 March 2026 Upgrade
RSA’s step-by-step instructions on how to upgrade to WorkFlows 4.2 on Windows.
Please note, you only need to upgrade computers which have WorkFlows installed. Other computers in your library used for patron public access, OPAC/RSAcat computers, self check machines, or other PC and Print management machines not running WorkFlows for Library Staff use do not need to be upgraded.

RSA recommends downloading and installing the software any time after 13 March 2026.
WorkFlows – Upgrade File:
The upgrade file below must be installed using administrator privileges on the computer. If you already have WorkFlows on your computer, please choose this upgrade.
WorkFlows 4.2 upgrade for Windows (for the 15 March 2026 upgrade) Filename: fupd_jwf_4_2-2026-3-3.exe
This will install WorkFlows version 4.2.0.0.1335 on your computer.
WorkFlows – New Installations:
This file will install WorkFlows 4.2 on a computer without an existing WorkFlows installation. If you are installing WorkFlows for the first time, please choose this file to install.
WorkFlows 4.2 New Installation for Windows Filename: Workflows_4_2-2026-3-3.msi
This will install WorkFlows version 4.2.0.0.1335 on your computer.
Downloads For Apple MACs
Please use the file below for both upgrades and new installations on Mac computers. This upgrade is now a fully signed by Apple file and contains several fixes that have annoyed Apple Mac users in WorkFlows.

This will install WorkFlows version 4.2.0.0.1335 on your computer.
