This is a list of contact forms that RSA libraries might find helpful when getting in touch with RSA.

If a library staff member leaves the library and had a personalized login to WorkFlows or BlueCloud Analytics, please let us know so we can remove their accounts. 

If a library adds a new staff member that needs a personalized login to WorkFlows or BlueCloud Analytics, please us know so we can create an account for them.

Change Contact Primary Email Account

RSA’s help desk has an email account associated with your user account. That is the email the help desk will use to send automated responses. By default, that email address is the one used to log into L2.

Use this form to tell RSA what email address you want to use as the primary contact for you.

Purge Patron Form

This form includes questions about what the max fee to waive will be, whether to include lost bills, if you want the total amount of the bill waived, if you want a list of the patrons purged and if you want to exclude any profiles. The standard criteria considers all profiles with no activity for 3 years and with no bills.
